MICROBIOLOGY
Joa Patania is a second-year PhD student in Food Systems at the University of Milan. Her research concerns the bacterial communities associated with model plants and the introduction of “invading” bacteria defined as beneficial (e.g., plant growth promoters) and neutral (e.g., antibiotic resistant). She also deals with innovative and interesting methods in the circular economy for the administration of plant probiotics.
